Strawberry Growing and Packing at Manor Farm, Chilcote, Derbyshire

This was an excellent visit and fascinating insight into the complex world of growing, harvesting and packing of strawberries for some of the largest retailers in the UK.
The kindness of the families inproviding refreshments afterwards was, literally, the cream on the strawberries (not to mention the home-baked scones!). Delicious.
